Haldex All Wheel Drive

The Haldex® clutch is an electronically-controlled multi-plate clutch for the 4 wheel drive system. It performs the function of the Torsen centre differential in cars with transverse engines, such as the Audi A3, S3 and RS3 Sportback , Audi TT and VW 4 Motion models as well as Skoda models fitted with 4 wheel drive

It ensures that engine power is permanently distributed between the front and rear axles as and when required.

There are several components in the transmission system and it is important to change the transmission fluid and filter periodically. The fluid acts as both a lubricant and a coolant ensuring reliable function and long service life.

Ricci Concept recommends that the oil and filter is changed every 20,000 miles or 4 years.
